Standard Installation Clauses

Hot / Cold Water

connections from suitable gully waste “tee” or elbow points etc. brought
to within 1 metre of each item of equipment by others, unless specified
elsewhere within our quotation. All waste pipework and traps will be PVC
solvent weld complete with all necessary “P” traps and rodding eyes. We
exclude any connections to anti-siphon systems.

normal working hours and in one continuous visit.

On receipt of
order full points and services drawing will be issued clarifying all
required services and requirements. Any further requirements such as
elevations, cross sections would be considered extra. Any design changes
instigated by main contractor / customer etc. will be carried out on a
time and material basis. Up to six copies of the approved drawing can be
issued for construction, any further copies will be issued at a rate of
£4 per copy.
